What's On Your Face?

There comes a time in every person's life where they really start caring how they treat their bodies. Well, it's time to start with your skin as well! 

Did you know that most moisturizers out there contain mineral oil?

You may be thinking...SO WHAT? Did you know that mineral oil is an occlusive oil that actually acts as a saran wrap, so your skin isn't actually absorbing moisture? It softens the surface for a while, but then you are left with dry skin all over again which leads you to using more and more throughout the day! So you are wasting money by buying the cheaper stuff! When I found this out, I was amazed! I had always wondered why my skin was so dry all the time. It was because the moisture wasn't actually penetrating my skin, just sitting on the surface for a while. I was completely frustrated! 

So I did some more research...(watch and learn ladies..and gents!)

WOW!!!!! That is disgusting!!! These cosmetics companies are getting their fillers from this!!!!

It makes you want to think twice about buying that cheap stuff, not to mention the stuff that isn't cheap but still uses it as fillers!!! GROSS!!!

And we wonder why our faces are breaking out, aging, and dry!!

These Before Sun Products by Arbonne are amazing! There is something for adults to babies! These are musts in my summer bag! For those who like a self tanner please go here. I would like to talk about the sunscreen options you have. There is SPF 30 (for longer periods in the sun), SPF 15 (for shorter stints in the sun..or as a daily sunscreen), and for the babies SPF 30. These products are chemical free which leave you worry free about that nasty burn!! Who loves sweating sunscreen into their eyes and feeling like you just lit your eyes on fire? Not this girl! I am telling you now, these are musts for anyone who wants a natural product without mineral oil, fragrance, and artificial fillers.
