Shake it up!

Ok Girls! I know that it's the time of year when we try our hardest to get back on track...or keep on track if we are just that awesome...(I am not). SO...in my effort to find healthier options for me I found a perfect breakfast/lunch/snack to share with you! I absolutely LOVE it! As you know I am an Arbonne Independent Consultant and I get a great discount on all these great products so I try to find the products that work best for me. Well I found one! Here it is:

Arbonne Protein Shake Mix! It is perfect! You can make your own drinks (drinks also come in ready to drink shakes if you don't care for the powder) or you can make fun protein bars for snacks or breakfast. I absolutely love the protein bars for breakfast! They are super tasty and filling...and most importantly...HEALTHY!

BUT taste like this:

Haystacks!

Here is the Recipe:

Ingredients

    2 cups creamy peanut butter
    1 and 1/4 cup honey
     2 cups protein powder
    1 cup of Flax Seed
    4 cups instant oatmeal

      Directions

Microwave honey and peanut butter for about a minute. Mix oatmeal, flax seed, and protein powder in another bowl. Fold peanut butter mixture into oatmeal mixture until well blended. Pour mixture into a cookie sheet (I lay wax paper down before I pour) pack mix down. Let sit for about an hour (or you could also just put them in the fridge overnight!) and cut into 28 bars. These also freeze very well!

I use the vanilla protein powder but the chocolate is also very delicous! I am telling you ladies...these are the best thing! Only 225 Calories and 12.5 grams of protein in every bar!

Those look super yummy! Much better than my go-to toast and peanut butter!
